A fair bit of us designers came to be designers not by formal training. I know a lot of you especially in graphic design took up the challenge to learn and hone your skills by doing this as a passion.
This type of learning and education, to me, unlike the one we go through in college or university, is pure and raw, and defines our quest to be better at our craft.
