Today’s featured work comes from Mathieu De Jonghe, a graphic designer from Brussels, Belgium. Keeping in mind the long and rich history of Mariage Frères, he’s managed to preserve a classy and timeless packaging design for the company.
Mariage Frères has been in business since 1854, importing premium quality tea leaves from the Orient and selling them initially wholesale to hotels and tea shops in France and later on to individuals through their retail shops and online store.
Using the longstanding history of the company and their exotic, timeless teas as a focal point, Mathieu made their packaging using simple elements and a mix of formal and elegant fonts.
