New to all this – newbie, noub etc.
Glad to find some more wordpress designs. Learning the ropes. Any advice or good sites to learn html throught video interests me.

I’m thinking of using a design template for my personal soccer blog. But is that okay? Isn’t it better to be fully original? The use of a prebuilt design template seems so… easy… I’m still not sure…

Great list, but you left off a quite a few designers, you have some of the sames ones listed at (http://www.wpzoom.com/wordpress-themes-sets/45-free-premium-wordpress-themes-with-magazine-or-grid-layouts/ ) but they have plenty that you don’t. Otherwise thanks!

It still amazes me how so much of these themes are ever so slightly similar to the original Kubrick theme? I am still not a full Word Press convert as I am a web developer and therefore I am concerned that using Word Press for my own blog would be lazy? But then again that’s just me, if its that easy is it worth it?

I really like the Orange Sky, I have been looking for that theme for a long time.

This is a really useful link for me to bookmark. I often look to WordPress as a very good, functional and easy to use Content Management System as well as blogging platform. Though I would never download and resell a template they do have significant value in getting style idea’s; i.e. hover’s, imgae layouts, slideshows and much more..

Most of the themes are really nice. We also develop custom themes by designing them as per clients choice and then coding them with w3c validated and xhtml validated code.
