Now click on &#8220;<strong>Stroke<\/strong>&#8220;. This circle need not be perfect.<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-expand=\"600\" class=\"lazyload\" alt=\"Windows Media Player Button - How did they do it\" title=\"Windows Media Player Button - How did they do it\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;charset=utf-8,%3Csvg xmlns%3D'http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2000%2Fsvg' viewBox%3D'0 0 1 1'%2F%3E\" data-src=\"http:\/\/i195.photobucket.com\/albums\/z279\/crazyleaf\/6-1.jpg\" \/><\/div>\n<p>Next we will need to move the bottom anchor point. To do this, select the &#8220;<strong>Direct Selection Tool<\/strong>&#8221; and select the anchor point on the bottom. Now, using the up arrow key on your keyboard, move that anchor point as I have done below. Then turn the &#8220;<strong>Fill<\/strong>&#8221; down to 28%.<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-expand=\"600\" class=\"lazyload\" alt=\"Windows Media Player Button - How did they do it\" title=\"Windows Media Player Button - How did they do it\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;charset=utf-8,%3Csvg xmlns%3D'http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2000%2Fsvg' viewBox%3D'0 0 1 1'%2F%3E\" data-src=\"http:\/\/i195.photobucket.com\/albums\/z279\/crazyleaf\/7-1.jpg\" \/><\/div>\n<p>Note : The direct selection tool is : <img decoding=\"async\" data-expand=\"600\" class=\"lazyload\" alt=\"Windows Media Player Button - How did they do it\" title=\"Windows Media Player Button - How did they do it\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;charset=utf-8,%3Csvg xmlns%3D'http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2000%2Fsvg' viewBox%3D'0 0 1 1'%2F%3E\" data-src=\"http:\/\/i195.photobucket.com\/albums\/z279\/crazyleaf\/directselectiontool.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Now &#8220;<strong>Ctrl<\/strong>&#8221; click the blue circle layer to create a selection around it and grab the &#8220;<strong>Brush Tool<\/strong>&#8221; with the diameter at 50% and the hardness at 17%. Create a new layer, change the blending mode to &#8220;<strong>Color Dodge<\/strong>&#8221; and change the color to <strong>70e2ff<\/strong>. Now click only once toward the bottom of the selection as I have illustrated below. Now click on &#8220;<strong>Outer Glow<\/strong>&#8220;.
