Some of the 25 features that I see designers missing are listed below. I have yet to see someone forget to add a logo to their site. Though having a terrible logo seems to be ever popular.<\/p>\n

Call to action above the fold\u00a0<\/strong>– great to see in their graphic the callout for a phone number and\/or Call to Action button.<\/p>\n

Video Testimonials\u00a0<\/strong>Hubspot redesigned their website<\/a>– When this year they doubled their conversion rates. \u00a0From their research they learned that “65% of our users preferred to evaluate software by watching a video”. Bonkers! Make sure you have a video!<\/p>\n

Internal Links –\u00a0<\/strong>This is crutial for SEO<\/a>. Make sure you link to the most important pages.<\/p>\n

Online Chat –\u00a0<\/strong>Chat is really hot for 2017. Adding a chat feature to your website can quickly increase conversions and the amount of people that talk to you via your website.<\/p>\n

FAQ Page\u00a0<\/strong>– If your support team gets a ton of questions maybe your product\/service just sucks. Assuming it’s not that bad you might just need better documentation. A FAQ page is often overlooked. Don’t forget to add one!<\/p>\n
