Here’s some great collections of FREE icon sets I found while wondering senseless over the net :

- websiteicons.net - all sorts of application style icons

- http://sweetie.sublink.ca - cute and clear icons to use in your nifty web application. They are licenced under a Creative Commons licence, so commercial use is fine. Here’s a preview :
