FlashEff is an ActionScript 3.0 component that can be easily used to create high-quality animations with low size file outputs.

I would love to win. I could put it to good use on the new (coming soon) blog. It would definitely help differentiate it and set the tone compared with our very corporate website. The new blog is designed to push accessibility of new technologies. Yes, I know flash is not new, but in terms of accessibility most of our clients heard it was inaccessible and so should never be used, and we have to reeducate them.
