In a continuous quest to improve the services we offer to our readers, not only this blog’s, but all users that use our services, we have relaunched CLD Tutorials.
For those who aren’t familiar with the website, CLD Tutorials is a selection of the best tutorials available ob the web, regarding these topics : Corel Painter, CoreDRAW, Fireworks, Flash, Gimp, Illustrator, InDesign, Paint ShopPro, QuarkXPress, ASP, ColdFusion, CSS, Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript, MySQL, PHP and Ruby on Rails.
CLD Tutorials now uses a modified version of the ZinePress Theme by Andrew Lindstrom. This theme will be available free for download in a future post.
The new layout is more user oriented, each tutorial having to the left of the summary its own preview. Also there is a top-notch community news option for users to submit their news / tutorials. The “Add news form” is available from any page of the website, in the footer area. There’s also a RSS feed for the Community News you can easily subscribe to.
In order to add as much useful information for our users we added a RSS feed importer in the sidebar. This RSS importer imports the last 10 design resources submitted on zaBox.
The blog will feature a new tutorial every 2 days.
For this relaunch we have prepaired a special offer for everyone interested. From now till the end of the month the advertising on CLD Tutorials will be sold at a minimal price. A 250×100px banner will cost until October 31st only 10$. You can purchase ad space via BuySellAds.
